Application: Apply evenly on the dry face, neck, and décolleté. Slightly massage and work in with moist fingers. A white film will appear on the skin immediately, demonstrating an emulsion produced by the hydrophilic oil and water. This emulsifying process embodies the power of mild cleansing.
