  • Order Placement: Once a customer places an order on the website, the order details are sent to the warehouse or fulfillment center.

  • Packaging and Airline Reservation: The warehouse staff will prepare the order, including selecting and packaging the correct items and labeling the package with the shipping address and any other necessary information. This process also involves air freight shipment, sending tracking emails to the customer.
  • Customs Clearance: Reporting on arrival, and customs clearance. So, you can trust our fastest overseas delivery and be carefree about your product shipment.
  • Release to domestic Courier: The carrier, such as UPS, will then come to the warehouse to pick up the package and begin shipping. The package will then be in transit, with an estimated delivery date provided to the customer based on the shipping option opted for at checkout.
  • Delivery: The carrier will deliver the package to the customer's designated address.
