I ordered 8 boxes of HiPP3 formula

I ordered 8 boxes of HiPP3 formula, but unfortunately, the package was stolen and I never received it. This was the first time something like this has happened to me. I contacted customer service and was told that I would need to place a new order, which means paying several hundred dollars again and waiting another 3 weeks for delivery. As a gesture of apology, I was offered a 15% off coupon.
In the end, I decided not to reorder through this site and purchased the formula from another retailer who could deliver faster.

I truly hope no one else has to go through the same experience. It would be helpful if more secure shipping options were available, especially for high-value items like baby formula.
